INSIGHT, a Healthy Living Directory features integrative, alternative health practitioners, green, sustainable and complementary businesses and products in the Sierra Nevada Foothill areas of Auburn, Grass Valley, and Nevada City, California.
The unique and diverse INSIGHT Directory has become a valuable and visible community resource guide. Twice a year, Fall and Spring, 12,000 copies are distributed in Grass Valley, Nevada City, Auburn, Sacramento, Tahoe, and the Bay Area, at natural food stores, coffee houses, bookstores, practitioners’ offices, health clubs, hotels, motels, inns, and gift shops.

Specs: Technical Specifications
Photos & Logos: Digital photos must be a minimum of 2"w x 2"h at 300 dpi. Photos pulled from websites are NOT accepted as they are too low resolution for printing and will be rejected for technical reasons.
Line art logos must be scanned at a minimum of 2"w x 2"h at 600 dpi.We also accept hard copies of photos and logos to scan for a $10 per image charge. Please be sure your images are not blurry or over-or-under exposed. Please call if you have questions.
Display Ads: We accept ads in the following formats: Quark Xpress 4.0 with all fonts and images supplied (Mac only); Illustrator 9.0 with all fonts converted to outlines and images embedded (Mac only); PDF files, must be created Press Optimized with fonts and images embedded. TIFF, EPS, JPG must follow guidelines for photos and logos below. No images or layouts will be accepted in Microsoft Word or Publisher.
All photos must be scanned or shot at 300 dpi at 100% of size used in ad. Line art requires 600 dpi at 100% of size used in layout.

Your ad is proofed when submitted to INSIGHT. INSIGHT reserves the right to edit or revise any advertisement not keeping within the layout parameters, vision or intention of the publication. INSIGHT is not liable for claims in advertising nor do they warranty ads or claims in the directory on on the website. Any changes to line listings or display ad copy must be made prior to July 15, 2008.
